Terms of Service

Acceptance

By creating an account or using My Gratitude Daily ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use the Service.

Your content

Journal entries you create remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your entries to train AI models or share them with third parties for advertising.

Subscriptions and trials

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled.
• Free trials, when offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
• You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to access other users' accounts, or disrupt the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Not medical advice

My Gratitude Daily is a journaling tool, not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or therapeutic advice. If you are in crisis, please contact qualified professionals or local emergency services.

Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service running but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Gratitude Daily and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
